We serve only the highest quality certified organic grass fed beef, organic produce, organic bread, even organic cheese and local meats are on our menu.  We souce locally as much as possible, and supply all of our own certified organic grass fed beef, potatoes, turkey, chicken and even compost from our own Vermont certified organic farm. 

We believe in sustainable farming practices, organic standards, humane treatment of animals (all of ours have names!), good stewardship of the land, and supporting our neighbors.  Not only does this result in a superior product, but a healthier, more nutritious, and better-tasting one as well.
